Feeling extra thankful to be a part of a team that was recognized by F.C. Tucker as one of the Top 50 Agents with a Licensed Team Member in August 2025 - based on closed year-to-date volume through August 31st.

This isn't just about numbers; it's about the people I get to work alongside. My teammates who push me to grow, sharpen my skills, and raise the bar even if they don’t realize they are doing it. And I wouldn't be here without my team lead’s drive, encouragement, and collaboration.

A recent survey finds that the typical homeowner expects it will take about 10 months to sell a home in 2025, from deciding to list to closing. Baby boomers are more optimistic, estimating closer to six months. Regardless of which timeline proves accurate, the message is clear: If you're aiming to sell in 2026, now is the time to start preparing, especially if you want to maximize the spring market's higher buyer activity.

Respondents overwhelmingly agree that both buyers and sellers enjoy a smoother, more successful experience when they start early. In fact, a recent survey reveals that, for sellers, bringing a real estate agent into the process sooner can pay off significantly. Among those already working with a real estate agent, 36.1% report better access to market information, while 371% say their agent not only provided more insight, but also helped set realistic pricing, establish achievable timelines, and streamline the entire process.

In a market that's more balanced, and in some regions, tilting toward buyers, early planning and professional guidance can make all the difference.

I’ve always believed that the little things make the biggest difference—whether it’s remembering a client’s favorite coffee order before a showing, or checking in on them months after closing just to see how life in their new home is treating them.

That’s who I am at my core: I care. I want people around me to feel comfortable, supported, and seen. I’ll laugh with you through the fun moments, and I’ll fight for you when it’s time to get serious at the negotiating table.

Outside of real estate, I’m the kind of friend who shows up with cozy blankets and bad reality TV recommendations when you need a break, the one who sends the funny memes at random times of the day, and the one who can’t leave Target without buying things I don’t need. In other words—normal, relatable, a little quirky, and very much human.

But when it comes to my work, I take it personally in the best way. Every client isn’t just a transaction to me—they’re a relationship. I want you to walk away not only with a house you love, but with the feeling that you had someone in your corner the whole way through.
