Meet Raven and Manuela, our staff writers!

Raven is a senior and new to the team this semester. She has jumped right in and has already been such a big help. We are so glad to have her!

Now in her second semester with Flow Magazine, Manuela is an English professional writing major who continues to make a huge impact on our team!

Meet our graphic designers on staff with Flow!

Reagan is a sophomore digital media major. She joined Flow to grow her skills for her future career, and nothing beats the feeling of seeing her designs come to life in print. She says her experience so far has been nothing but lovely!

Skylar has been with Flow since last semester and brings such a creative eye to everything she does. She loves thrifting, music, and anything design related, which definitely shows in her work!

Meet more of our Flow staff! ✨

Anna Bekah Cress is a senior majoring in Business Administration and serves as our Managerial Editor. This is her second year on staff, and she has gained so many valuable experiences along the way. She says Flow is one of her favorite things she’s involved in on campus!

Carlie Harchfield is a junior Nursing major and serves as our Social Media Manager. This is her second semester on Flow Magazine! She loves getting to showcase the creativity of the team and connect with the campus community through social media.

Olivia Britton serves as our Podcast Manager and this is her first year on staff! She loves the opportunity to be creative in a way that also helps her grow professionally and develop skills within her major in Mass Communication with a concentration in Journalism and Digital Media.

Miranda Haithcock serves as our Distribution Manager and is currently in her second semester with Flow Magazine. She plays an important role in making sure Flow reaches readers across campus!

Meet Kaitilyn Jacobs, Brooklyn Christian, and Mack Mwaura! Our talented staff photographers! 📸

Kaitilyn is a junior Photography major and staff photographer who was drawn to Flow to learn more about publications. She loves getting to meet new people and document their lives, and she describes her experience as an opportunity filled with new places, new faces, and a team she’s honored to be part of.

Brooklyn is a sophomore majoring in Entertainment Industry with a concentration in Business. As a staff photographer, she joined Flow to meet new people and learn more about the community. Her favorite part has been the connections she’s made along the way, and she says her experience has been nothing but welcoming and supportive.

Mack, an Accounting and Marketing major, joined Flow last fall as a staff photographer and has been capturing meaningful moments ever since. Her fresh perspective and creativity behind the camera have made such an impact!

Meet Maddie Shelton, our Editor in Chief!!!

She is a senior Communication major with a concentration in Journalism and Digital Media. She joined Flow in Spring 2023 as a staff writer and now leads the team! Her favorite part has been the people, from interviews to collaboration and storytelling. As she graduates in May, she leaves Flow better than she found it.

That’s the motto behind Ye Ole General Store, a fourth generation, family run staple that has served Florence for over 50 years. What began in 1973 as a workwear shop has grown into a downtown institution built on hard work, music history, and genuine human connection.
