Had a great time cycling in Sandy Hook yesterday. Nice beach, tons of things to explore and free entrance to US military vets. 🇺🇲 You can even camp there.

There is also a place called the Mule Barn that serves good b**r and food. 🍻

It's definitely worth the trip!

Had a great time in NYC rucking with my buddies and fellow Veterans.

The American Spirit 🇺🇲 was flowing through the streets of Manhattan as the 250th celebrations were still going strong.

A big thanks to the Travis Manion Foundation for hosting the event. Our rucksacks were also filled with toys which we collected at the end for the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation
