Buffalo Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken wings
½ cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
¼ cup melted butter
1 tbsp vinegar
½ tsp garlic powder
Vegetable oil for frying
Blue cheese dressing and celery sticks (for serving)
Instructions:
Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).
Fry the chicken wings in batches for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
In a bowl, mix hot sauce, melted butter, vinegar, and garlic powder.
Toss the fried wings in the sauce until fully coated.
Serve hot with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.
