The Ultimate Homemade Turkish Pide Recipe! 🤤 Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and packed with a flavorful meat filling! The ultimate Turkish street food at home. 🤤✨ 📝 Ingredients (4 Pides): For the Dough: • 500g all-purpose flour • 7g active dry yeast • 1 tsp sugar • 1½ tsp salt • 150ml warm milk • 150ml warm water • 2 tbsp olive oil For the Meat Filling: • 400g minced meat • 1 green bell pepper • 1 red bell pepper • 1 onion • 2 tomatoes • Fresh parsley • 1 tbsp tomato paste • 1 tsp paprika • ½ tsp cumin (optional) • Salt & black pepper to taste • Chili flakes (to taste) • 1 egg yolk (for brushing) & butter (for finishing) ⏱ Steps: 1️⃣ Dough: Mix warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let sit for 5–10 mins. In a mixer, combine flour and salt, then add milk and the yeast mixture. Knead for 5 mins, add olive oil, and knead for another 4–5 mins. Cover and let rise for 1 to 1.5 hours until doubled. 2️⃣ Divide: Divide into 4 equal balls and let them rest covered for 15–20 minutes. 3️⃣ Filling: Finely chop all vegetables and mix them raw directly with the minced meat, tomato paste, and spices. (Do not cook the meat beforehand!) 4️⃣ Assemble: Roll each ball into a long oval. Spread the filling thinly over the dough. Fold the long edges inward and pinch both ends tightly to form a boat shape. Brush the edges with egg yolk. 5️⃣ Bake: Bake at 250°C (480°F) for 8–12 minutes until golden brown. pumpkin spice pull apart bread 🎃✨ recipe: pumpkin dough: ½ cup warm milk (120g) 2¼ tsp active dry yeast (7g) ⅓ cup brown sugar (65–70g), divided 1 large egg + 1 egg yolk 1 cup pumpkin purée (240g) ¼ cup melted butter (57g) 1 tsp vanilla 4¼–4½ cups bread flour (510–540g), as needed 1½ tsp salt 1½ tsp cinnamon ½ tsp nutmeg ¼ tsp allspice mix warm milk, yeast & 1 tbsp brown sugar. let sit 5–10 min until foamy. add remaining sugar, eggs, pumpkin, butter & vanilla. mix in spices, salt & flour until a soft, slightly tacky dough forms. knead until smooth, oil the bowl then cover and rise until doubled, about 1 hr. brown butter pumpkin cinnamon filling: ½ cup browned butter (113g) 1 cup brown sugar (200g) 1½ tbsp cinnamon ½ tsp nutmeg ¼ tsp allspice 1 tsp vanilla ¼ cup pumpkin purée 2 tbsp flour pinch salt mix everything together until thick and spreadable. let sit a few minutes to thicken. roll dough into a large rectangle and spread with filling. cut into 3 long strips, stack the strips, then cut into 5 pieces. stack the pieces into a greased/lined loaf pan. cover and rise 20–30 min until puffy. bake at 350°F for 25–30 min, tenting with foil if browning too quickly. don’t overbake! maple cinnamon cream cheese glaze: 4 oz cream cheese (113g) 1 cup powdered sugar (120g) 4 tbsp maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla 1 tsp cinnamon 4–5 tbsp heavy cream, as needed pinch salt mix until smooth and pourable. cool bread 8–10 min, then drizzle with glaze. 🎃🤎

🎃Recipe for pumpkin spice donuts below 🍂🍂

Only 6 Sundays left until fall and I know what I’m baking today to celebrate! These donuts are truly so easy and delicious to make and always have the house smelling like pure autumn 🤎

🎃 Pumpkin Spice Donut Recipe:

-Preheat oven to 350
-Mix together 1 box of Spice cake mix (just the mix not any eggs or oil) and a 15 oz can of pumpkin puree
-Pipe or spoon into greased donut baking tray
-Bake for 10-15 minutes
-Heat vanilla or cream cheese frosting in microwave for about 15 seconds and dip cooled donuts in
- place on plate or rack to dry
-enjoy with your fav fall movie or show 🎃🍂

Ingredients: 220g (1 cup) butter 200g (1 cup) dark brown sugar 130g (/ cup) light brown sugar 2 eggs 85g (⅓ cup) Biscoff spread 250g (2 cups) flour 5g (1¼ tsp) baking powder 1 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla extract 65g (½ cup) Biscoff cookies 100g (½ cup) white chocolate Method: 1 Whisk melted butter and sugars until smooth and creamy. 2 Add vanilla, eggs and Biscotf spread, then mix well. 3 Fold in flour, baking powder and salt. 4 Stir in crushed Biscoff cookies and white chocolate. 5 Pour the batter into a 23×23 cm (9x9 in) pan. 6 Bake at 175°C (350°F) for 30-35 minutes, let cool completely, then cut into squares. Top with extra Biscoff

these + a 90s spooky movie marathon 👏🏼👻🍂

This time of year, there’s nothing I love more than having a cozy Halloween movie night watching all of my favs like Hocus Pocus or Halloweentown & these spooky s’mores cookies are the perfect treat for just that!

👻 Recipe:
-place graham cracker squares, a piece of chocolate and a large marshmallow on a parchment lined baking sheet
-flatten pieces of chocolate chip cookie dough and place it in a dome shape over the s’mores stack (I used the big cookie dough squares)
-bake in the oven per cookie dough package directions
-using an edible marker or melted chocolate, draw a ghostie face and place it directly on the center melted marshmallow area
-enjoy!

Fudgy Brownies🍫✨ Ingredients 100g browned butter 80g chocolate 100g brown sugar c chocolate: 90g granulated sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 65g all-purpose flour 35g cocoa powder ¼ tsp baking soda ¼ tsp salt Chocolate chips Instructions: Brown the butter, then stir in the chocolate while it’s still warm until fully melted. Mix in both sugars until smooth. Add the eggs and vanilla, whisk until the mixture is thick and glossy. Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Fold everything together, then fold in the chocolate chips. Pour the batter into a lined baking pan and bake at 175°C (350°F) for 22-26 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is still slightly soft. Let the brownies cool completely before slicing for the fudgiest texture. Enjoy✨

Easy fudgy brownie 💌🧸🍫 Ingredients Soft butter 120 g (about 8½ tbsp) Sugar 200 g (about 16 tbsp or ¾ cup + 2 tbsp) Eggs 2 large Vanilla 1 tsp Flour 95 g (about 12 tbsp) Cocoa powder 45 g (about 7 tbsp) Salt ( a pinch ) Baking powder — ¼ tsp Chocolate chip ( as much as u like ) Instructions Preheat oven to 170°C Line your tray with baking paper, Mix soft butter and sugar until creamy and smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mix just until combined, Sift in flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Mix gently do not overmix. Add chocolate chips, Spread into tray. Bake until the center is just set but still slightly soft, usually around 18-25 mins Cool completely before cutting for fudgy texture. Enjoy✨
