When I do, it looks something like this.

Why do my eggs look like that?
Because I cooked the sausage first, and then cooked the eggs in the grease, making sure to scrape up the charred bits of sausage when I flipped them from the cast iron with a metal spatula.

Hot Sauce For the eggs, and syrup for the sausage.

It may have been noon, but it was a good breakfast! 😊

Having "memories" on this page now, is fun!

This was a big milestone at the time! I actually remember making this post, and being excited about it!

I started this page the last week of July, and it was sitting stagnant. I'd post, amd 2 or 3 people would give it a 👍 and move on...frustrated I almost 💩 canned it, and went back to my personal page (exactly what happened with my Migga page 17-18 years ago [oops]).

Kimbetty's Kreations and I talked about things a bit...how we had this massive surplus of peppers, and I was making a bunch of sauce (for me), but nothing was moving OUT...and money was already tight, because I had quit my job, and started with a new company, so I could be home more to work on the Rusty Rifle Ranch

We decided to give it until the end of August, and if there was no notable progress, we would scale way back.

I got back on FB to my 80-90 followers (friends who accepted my invitation) and the 1st post I see reads something like this:"We want to help smaller pages grow, so if you're under 1,000 followers, leave a comment." So I did.

This was a post by Apocalypse Acres. I believe she had just hit 10k. We started talking back and forth, a bit, and she put our name out there, and things really starting growing, quickly. Not business wise, but on here. All of a sudden, fb was fb again!

Conversations were happening!! New people were coming by and commenting, and carrying on conversation (my favorite thing about fb).

A lot has happened in the last year, for a lot of us, but remembering where we were, definitely puts a different perspective on things!

Thank you all who have come into our lives, and been a part of this incredible transformation!!! If this were I'd have some real trouble picking a "Top 8"!!! 🤣🤣

Sunday morning harvest 😁

I thought I was getting out early, before the heat came back, but since it never left, that was a losing battle! 🤣🤣

Got the 1st Tabasco peppers of the season, and just over 1/2 pound, so not a bad start. Cayenne peppers are just going crazy right now, and the jalapeños are just chugging along. Gonna have to fire up the grill later for some poppers...they're calling my name! 😊
