Just wrapped up the March-April edition of Site Notes. ✨

This month, I'm sharing a mix of website tips, behind-the-scenes updates, and a little real talk about what it looks like to showing up even when things don't go exactly as planned.

I'm also currently in the beginning stages of the second release of my Website Foundations Course. So far this has been such a meaningful experience supporting women as they step onto building their own websites with confidence. With each new lesson and module I am finding my rhythm and learning new skills to add to my "tool box" that enable me to better for my clients and students.

Do you receive strange spammy messages coming through your website's forms, you are not alone. Bots are getting smarter, but so are the tools to block them.

Google is updating its reCAPTCHA system and it is recommended that you update your website by the end of the year. To make it easier I wrote a simple post that helps to explain:

☑️ Whether you actually need it
☑️ What Google's update means
☑️ User-friendly alternatives to reCAPTCHA

This is a quick read if you want a more secure and less spam from your website without having to get into the techy details.
