50 pounds GONE! I have been stuck since January losing and gaining the same 3 pounds but today I FINALLY dropped and hit the 50 pound mark! It has taken a year and 4 months… that averages out to LESS than a pound a week. If I had focused on that as a number I would have quit in the beginning. I even GAINED the first few weeks I started changing my eating habits. So many times I wanted to throw in the towel… but I didn’t.
I started back at the gym… gosh I love the gym… fun fact, my degree is actually a bachelor of science in health and physical education! Many (MANY) moons ago I was a certified personal trainer, spin instructor and Pilates instructor… that all went by the wayside when I had kids 😆 Anyhoo, you’re never too old to change your habits! Just know that it is NOT an overnight success (if it is, then it’s not something that will stick). Keep it up, and just remember, if you have one bad day, that’s all it is, just ONE day. Brush it off and get back at it. You’re worth it. 😘

3. You can promote all of your businesses in ONE place!! This will be HUGE for me!! No more juggling multiple social media accounts!!
4. I can now show my event table and products in posts!! So when I’m doing an event and y’all want to see my set up, I can show you!!
