Its been a few days since I had my my RFA. Im doing great. I had it done on the right side. Heading to Dr office on Wed to discuss having it done on left side now.

I just came home from having a RFA ( radio frequency ablation) on three levels in my neck. Im hurting so bad at the moment, which is very normal after burning your nerves. Sitting here icing and going to take at easy these next few days. This procedure has helped me tremendously in the past. I'm praying for the same results. It's been a long stretch of time since my last one, on my neck. I'm welcoming positive prayers from you guys.💛🙏🏻🙏🏻 TYIA

Third share of the day for preparation against any choking accidents. LifeVac has portable suction devices to put in your pantry and in your car. Number two, you should make sure to have a fire ladder in your home, esp if you live upstairs or up multiple floors. These come in different sizes and I think it's extremely good to own. Prepare for the unknown.

Hi friends. Today, I am going to post a few different safety items that ppl should consider having on hand at their homes. For fire prevention, these "fire blankets" are smart to keep on hand. There's other options as well. This is the one I personally chose.
