The last 6 months have been an evolving journey of me becoming her. With a sharper focus on fitness, I recently entered my first DEKA Fit competition—and let me tell you, there’s nothing like that high at the finish line when you’re catching your breath thinking, “I can’t believe I just did that.”

Truth is, I never saw this version of me coming. Life has a way of rerouting us when we get too comfortable.

And in that discomfort, I’ve found growth, resilience, and momentum.

This shift continues to push me in unexpected ways—and my hope is that it creates a ripple effect of good energy for everyone I meet.

As I continue to share my journey, you can follow —my fitness space and growing community—while I keep this channel grounded in good energy, mental wellbeing, and the behind-the-scenes version of me, beyond the career, fitness, and constant evolution.
