By the time Frank Dittschar entered real estate in Southwest Florida in 2020, he had already built an accomplished career most people would find impossible to walk away from. A licensed attorney in Germany with a doctorate in law from the University of Cologne, Frank spent years advising companies on major investments and complex intellectual property and real estate matters before deciding his next chapter would look very different.
