Easy Fresh Pasta Dough for Beginners
Ingredients

200g flour

2 eggs

1/2 tsp salt

Method
Pour flour onto your countertop. Make a deep well, add eggs and salt. Mix until a dough forms. Knead thoroughly for 8–10 minutes. Let it rest, covered. Roll out thin, cut your favorite shapes, and cook for 2–4 minutes.

Tempeh Nachos with Greek Yogurt Ranch
Tempeh + protein-packed ranch dip = your new favorite plant-based nacho combo.
Ingredients:

4 oz tortilla chips

1/2 cup crumbled tempeh, sautéed with taco spices

1/2 cup white beans

1/3 cup shredded vegan cheese

1/4 cup Greek yogurt + ranch seasoning

Cherry tomatoes, corn, scallions

Instructions:

Cook tempeh with taco seasoning.

Assemble chips with tempeh, beans, cheese. Bake 10 mins.

Mix ranch dip, dollop it on top. Add veggies and enjoy!

Fluffy French Macaron Recipe
Ingredients:

110g powdered sugar

110g almond flour

100g egg whites

30g sugar

Optional food coloring

Filling:

115g butter

200g powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla

1-2 tbsp milk

Directions:

Sift almond flour & powdered sugar.

Whip egg whites to stiff peaks with sugar.

Gently fold in dry ingredients & optional color.

Pipe & rest 30-60 minutes.

Bake at 300°F for 18 minutes.

Mix butter, sugar, vanilla & milk.

Assemble and chill for 24 hrs.

Tahini adds a rich, nutty twist to these golden honey-sweetened cookies with creamy white chocolate and crunchy sesame.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter

1/3 cup tahini

1/4 cup honey

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla

1 1/4 cups flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

Pinch salt

3/4 cup white chocolate

1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions:

Cream together butter, tahini, honey & sugar.

Mix in egg, vanilla, then flour, soda & salt.

Fold in white chocolate.

Roll dough, flatten, and sprinkle sesame.

Bake at 350°F for 10 min until golden edges.

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a muffin pan.

Stir together and add in the grated veggies.

Bake for 15 minutes.

Ingredients:

1 sheet of whole wheat pastry dough

1/2 cup blueberries

1 tbsp stevia or sweetener of choice

1 tbsp almond milk

1 egg for wash

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Combine blueberries and sweetener.

Place a spoonful of filling on dough squares and seal.

Brush with almond milk and egg wash.

Bake for 15 minutes until golden.

Cool and enjoy!

You’ll Need:

30 shrimp, peeled & slit

Salt, pepper, sugar

Crispy Batter:

65g potato starch

30g cornflour

15g all-purpose flour

100g egg white

100g neutral oil

25g cold water

Directions:

Slit shrimp bellies so they curl into that signature shape.

Whisk batter until light and airy.

Dip shrimp and fry until puffed and golden.

Eat hot—they deflate fast!

Ingredients:

2 cups Golden Oreos, crushed

1/2 cup melted butter

1 pint cake batter ice cream

8 oz cream cheese

1/4 cup powdered sugar

Rainbow sprinkles

How To:

Mix cookie crumbs & butter, press into pan.

Beat cream cheese with sugar, mix in ice cream.

Fold in sprinkles, pour into crust.

Freeze 6 hours. Top with more sprinkles.

Ingredients:

3 lbs chuck roast

6 guajillo chiles

6 California chiles

3 pasilla chiles

4 arbol chiles

10 garlic cloves

3 Roma tomatoes

1 small onion

2 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp clove, 1/4 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp thyme, 2 tsp oregano, 2 tsp peppercorns

3 tbsp beef bouillon

2 tbsp salt

3 bay leaves

5 cups water

4 tbsp oil

Directions:

Toast and soak all dried chiles.

Blend with garlic, onion, tomatoes, and spices.

Sear the beef, then slow cook with sauce and bay leaves for 3–4 hours.

Shred meat, pan-fry in dipped tortillas with cheese.

Dip in hot broth for that final kick.
