Easy Fresh Pasta Dough for Beginners
Ingredients
200g flour
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
Method
Pour flour onto your countertop. Make a deep well, add eggs and salt. Mix until a dough forms. Knead thoroughly for 8–10 minutes. Let it rest, covered. Roll out thin, cut your favorite shapes, and cook for 2–4 minutes.
