SO GOOD I HAD TO GO BACK! 🔥

You know a restaurant is doing something right when you can’t stay away!

Made another trip to this Thai restaurant in Elkhart today, and once again, the food was absolutely AMAZING!

🍜 Pad See Ewe – 8.7/10
Pan-fried rice noodles with chicken, egg, carrots, cabbage, and broccoli. Fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection! Definitely a dish I’d order again!

🥢 Egg Rolls – 9.1/10
Now THESE are something special! Crispy on the outside, delicious on the inside, and hands down my FAVORITE egg rolls in the Elkhart area! I could seriously eat these every day!

If you haven’t tried this place yet, you’re missing out! Great food, great flavors, and definitely worth a return visit!

🔥 BACK AGAIN… AND FOR GOOD REASON! 🔥

When the food is THIS GOOD, one visit just isn’t enough!

Made my way back to this Thai restaurant in Elkhart today, and once again, they DID NOT DISAPPOINT!

🍜 Pad See Ewe – 8.7/10
Pan-fried rice noodles loaded with chicken, egg, carrots, cabbage, and broccoli! Packed with flavor and absolutely delicious!

🥢 Egg Rolls – 9.1/10
I’m just going to say it… these are my FAVORITE egg rolls in the entire Elkhart area! Crispy, flavorful, and worth the trip alone!

This place is quickly becoming one of my go-to spots for Thai food!

🔥 ELKHART!!! VENEZUELAN FOOD HAS ARRIVED!!! 🇻🇪🔥

Indiana Food Fanatic was at the GRAND OPENING of Caracas Bar & Kitchen, and WOW!!! This place is bringing something special to downtown Elkhart!

The atmosphere is incredible, the hospitality is TOP NOTCH, and the food absolutely delivers!

🔥 Rumbera Arepa – 10/10! My favorite of the night!

🔥 Caracas Sampler – 8.1/10! A delicious introduction to Venezuelan cuisine!

🔥 Pepito Venezuelan Street Sandwich – 9.1/10! This thing was MASSIVE, fresh, and absolutely mouthwatering!

Huge shoutout to owner Rafael and our amazing waitress Anny for making the experience unforgettable!

🇻🇪 VENEZUELAN FOOD HAS ARRIVED IN DOWNTOWN ELKHART — AND WOW!!! 🔥🔥

Last night I had the opportunity to attend the GRAND OPENING of Caraca’s Bar & Kitchen in downtown Elkhart, and let me tell you, THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!!

First off, the atmosphere is absolutely TOP NOTCH! The vibe, the decor, the energy — everything just works! And the CUSTOMER SERVICE? OVER THE TOP!

Rafael, the owner, was personally making his way around the restaurant talking to every customer, and my waitress Anny was fantastic! She knew the Venezuelan menu inside and out and did an incredible job explaining everything!

BUT LET’S GET TO THE FOOD!!! 🔥

🥟 CARACA’S SAMPLER

This was the perfect way to experience several Venezuelan favorites!

It came with two mini arepas:

⭐ Rumbera — Fried pork, tomato, onion, Mano cheese, and garlic sauce. THIS WAS MY FAVORITE!!! Absolutely bursting with flavor! 10/10!!!

⭐ Pelua — Shredded beef and Gouda cheese. Tender, flavorful, and absolutely delicious!

The sampler also included two mini cachapas with white cheese and two tequeños, which are fried breadsticks stuffed with cheese!

Everything was really good, but that Rumbera STOLE THE SHOW!

Sampler overall: 8.1/10

🥪 THE PEPITO — VENEZUELAN STREET SANDWICH

HOLY COW!!! THIS THING WAS HUMONGOUS!!!

I’m talking about a sandwich that means BUSINESS! Every bite was packed with fresh ingredients, and you could actually taste every individual flavor coming together! Fresh, flavorful, and absolutely MOUTHWATERING!

9.1/10!!!

🍹 VENEZUELA LIBRE

Rum, limón, and papelón served over ice in one of the COOLEST STONE CUPS I’ve ever seen!

Not only was the presentation fantastic, but the drink was incredibly refreshing!

8.7/10!!!

🥤 AND THOSE MILKSHAKES!!!

I watched them making some absolutely incredible-looking milkshakes and HAD to grab a picture! Unfortunately, I was so full I couldn’t possibly eat or drink another thing! But trust me, they’re on my list for next time!

MY FINAL THOUGHTS?

Caraca’s absolutely NAILED IT! From the moment I walked through the door until the moment I left, the experience was fantastic. Amazing atmosphere, exceptional hospitality, and some seriously delicious Venezuelan food!

If you’re looking to try something different in Elkhart, PUT THIS PLACE ON YOUR LIST!!!

They also have another location in Mishawaka!

🔥🍕 FRESHIEEZ IS MORE THAN JUST PIZZA… AND THAT FOOD!!! 🍕🔥

Last night, Indiana Food Fanatic stopped by Freshieez in Elkhart, and WOW! What an amazing place!

First off, Steve and Brooke, the owners, are doing some incredible things for the community! From supporting small businesses through advertising on their pizza boxes and business wall to getting involved in children’s reading programs. They even have a GOLF SIMULATOR! ⛳

But let’s talk about the FOOD! 🔥

🧄 Bread Chips — 8.7/10
Soft, garlicky, and absolutely delicious with their made-from-scratch sauces!

🍕 20-INCH Pepperoni Pizza & Breadsticks — 8.6/10
A HUGE pizza with perfectly cooked breadsticks, and you get all this delicious food for ONLY $20! Talk about value!

🔥 Zoodle Cauliflower Crust Flatbread — 9.8/10
THIS STOLE THE SHOW!!! Chicken, bacon, pineapple (which I usually HATE on pizza), sweet peppers, red onions, and a made-from-scratch sweet chili sauce! The cauliflower crust was thin, crispy, and absolutely phenomenal!

YOU HAVE GOT TO TRY THIS!!!

And if you think a 20-inch pizza is big, Freshieez even offers a MASSIVE 36-INCH (3-FOOT) PIZZA! 🤯🍕

Steve and Brooke were an absolute pleasure to hang out with. Great people, great food, and a business that’s truly giving back to its community!
