We seek for full-time Data Entry to work collaboratively with our clients customer service team members to organize and prepare reports, vouchers, and other data analyses for internal use. The Data Entry Specialist will gather, review, and record program service activity daily via program documentation and electronic records. This supports and ensures that all activity is captured accurately and complies with funder expectations of ISO standards.

Responsibilities
• Prepares data for computer entry by verifying all necessary data acquired by front-line staff is reported accurately and completely and corrected where necessary
• Enters data from source documents into a prescribed computer database and regularly updates and deletes files
• Organize and file documentation weekly to prepare for monthly billing and auditing
• Responds to requests for information and accesses relevant data sources
• Supports the audit process.
• Maintains positive working relationships with funders and capably interprets Osborne’s mission, performance, and challenges.
Education
• High school diploma or equivalent is required with experience.
Experience
• Experience in data entry is preferred. Knowledge of the criminal justice system is helpful.
Additional Skills
• Must be deadline-driven and analytical.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
• Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated customer service orientation.
• Data entry experience preferred.
• Demonstrate ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
• Ability to work with a team.
