To anyone that is personally fighting with their own silence, thoughts, or struggles PLEASE know you are NOT alone. ❤️‍🩹 I know society and sometimes even loved ones won't understand if they don't understand but keep fighting & start with loving yourself and accept that you are not ok (at the moment) 🤍. No shame in that❣️

If you don't trust yourself, please find someone to trust....because TRUST ME, it truly makes a difference. 💯

For everyone else, please be THE difference for someone! Be a reason their still fighting! Remember, listen don't judge.

It's taken me years to realize that not everybody or everything deserves more than I can give of my energy, attention or love. I finally depleted myself to a point that I had been suffering in silence.

So, this comeback is very personal for MY mental, emotional, spiritual & physical well being!

I'm loudly and proudly saying this is my story...and it's still being written!!

I remember these cries & begging to just let me be. I felt so stuck cuz of my circumstances...nobody knew my silent battle. Society makes it hard to ask for help for fear of feeling ashamed or being judged. I still struggle with my identity, self worth & healing cuz of what someone called love...but I proudly & loudly say "This is my story...;" and I'm still writing it!!!
