📊 Let’s Talk About What the Market Is Really Saying
This past week in our local real estate market, we saw:
6,833 price decreases
4,371 new listings
756 homes back on the market
These numbers tell a story. Sellers are adjusting expectations. Inventory is growing. Deals are falling through and homes are circling back to active status. All of this adds up to a market where buyers have more leverage, more choices, and more room to negotiate than we've seen in a while.
