π° Tiramisu Recipe
β±οΈ Preparation Time: 80 minutes
π΄ Servings: 15 portions
βοΈ Refrigeration Time: 6 hours
π Ingredients:
500g (17.6 oz) of mascarpone cheese or ricotta π§
2 cups of cold coffee β
200g (1 cup) of sugar π¬
Cocoa powder π«
300g (10.6 oz) of ladyfinger biscuits πͺ
1 tablespoon of rum π·
Chocolate for grating π«β¨
π©βπ³ Instructions:
Prepare the coffee:
Brew the coffee β and let it cool completely.
Make the cream:
Beat the eggs π₯ until foamy. Add the mascarpone π§ and sugar π¬, and mix until smooth and uniform.
Dip the biscuits:
Mix the coffee β with the rum π·. Quickly dip the ladyfinger biscuits πͺ into the mixture and set them aside.
π§© Assembly:
Line the bottom of a dish with a layer of dipped biscuits πͺ.
Spread a layer of cream π§ over the biscuits.
Add another layer of biscuits πͺ, followed by another layer of cream π§.
βοΈ Chill and Serve:
Refrigerate until ready to serve (at least 6 hours).
Before serving, dust with cocoa powder π« and garnish with grated chocolate β¨.
