Here is a first look at the Mayor's proposed budget.

Using the FY26 average single-family home value of $681,423, the city estimates the average annual tax bill would rise by $361, from $8,061 to $8,422.

The feasibility study for a potential new Keefe Tech building is moving forward this summer.

The Framingham Council met with Keefe Regional Technical School Superintendent Jonathan Evans on Tuesday, April 7, for a financial update on how the school plans to pay for a $2 million feasibility study. This is the first formal step toward what could eventually become the largest capital project in Framingham’s history.

If you’ve driven down Salem End Road recently, you might have noticed major clear cutting at 334-344 Salem End Road. Well, a three storey, 96 bed residence hall with 103 parking spaces is proposed for the site under the Dover Amendment.

TRAFFIC Alert - Traffic lights are out on Route 9 at Temple Street. MassDOT is working to get them back up and running. Framingham Public Works placing cones in the area.
