ERP Systems Administrator /(Finance Dept) Full-Time
Williamson County’s Finance Department is seeking a full-time ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Systems Administrator to work in the Administrative Office Complex.
Job Summary:
• Supports and maintain the organization’s ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) (Munis/Tyler) database, applications and modules for the following departments: Accounting/Finance/Payroll, Benefits, Human Resources and Workers’ Compensation/Risk
• Identifies database requirements by interviewing end users; analyzing department applications, programming, and operations; evaluating existing systems and designing imports
• Responsible for supporting users and serving as technical advisor to staff; implementing and maintain applications; documenting system components and user instructions
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:
• Least five years of related experience required
• Experience with Tyler Technologies MUNIS software (preferred)
• Experience with supporting multiple projects/task simultaneously
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)
• Advanced Windows OS knowledge and advanced Microsoft Office 365 knowledge
• Knowledge in T-SQL, VC #, ASP.NET Core, PowerShell, and VBA
• Ability to work independently and possess excellent time management skills
• Knowledge of governmental accounting processes
• Knowledge of HRIS administration
• Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
• After hours work may be required at times
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field required
Certificates Preferred:
Microsoft Certifications
Applicants for this position should have the qualifications and experience necessary to understand and perform tasks such as those listed above and other similar duties.
Annual Salary Range $72,676 - $86,000 - dependent upon education and experience
