GARLIC CHICKEN THIGHS in just 30 minutes! This meal is so easy to make, and you don’t have to spend any time cooking a sauce separately. Simply bake the chicken and the peppers on the pan with the marinade in the oven, and boil some pasta while it’s baking. Once it’s done, combine the two and you have a full dinner with pasta, protein, and vegetables in 30 minutes. I used boneless skinless chicken thighs because they are always humane certified, hormone free, and antibiotic free.
