🎄Swap A Smile CHRISTMAS PROJECT 2026 🎄

Last year, Swap a Smile was able to put together 50 blessing bags for members of our local homeless community. Because of the love and support from our group and this community, we were able to spend nearly $1,000 providing essential items to people who needed them most.

This year, we want to do something different.

🎁 This Christmas, Swap a Smile wants to adopt some teens! 🎁

There are many wonderful programs that help younger children at Christmas time, but teenagers are often overlooked.

Each teen selected will be asked to provide:
✨ A WANT
✨ A NEED
✨️ A SPECIAL REQUEST

To keep things fair and manageable, we will not be accepting extreme/high-dollar requests such as gaming systems, expensive electronics, etc.

Teens who are eligible to be adopted need to be between the ages of 13 and 18.

HOW IT WILL WORK:
📌 A parent/guardian may message me privately to sign up a teen
📌 Each family will be assigned a number when they sign up
📌 After sign-ups close, numbers will be randomly selected until all available spots are filled
📌 Sign-ups will be open until May 31st
📌 Assigned numbers will be put in the random number generator on June 1st
📌 Families whose teens have been adopted will be contacted by June 5th.

At this time, we are only collecting names/info for the upcoming drawing.

I know some of you guys weren't a part of Swap A Smile last year. But last year for Christmas... we, as a group and community, were able to put together 50 bags of essential items that we handed out to the local homeless community in Zanesville!

This year we want to adopt some teens for Christmas. Theres several different programs that help with younger kids for Christmas and hardly any for teens which, to me, just isnt right.

So please feel free to share, spread the word, and help if you're able to! Thank you- Kelly Wisecarver

Just want to remind everyone that Swap A Smile will take any donations for our teen christmas program! I really want to adopt a few families that have teenagers for Christmas. Most programs only help up to age 12/13. For low income families...thats heartbreaking. I know theres a select few programs who help teens. I dont care. This is what me, myself, and I want to do! Will be editing to add a "wishlist" here soon!
