Have you guys met Cruise Planners - Kim Mogard? Like I tag her a lot and we've had a blast this last year traveling the world, but you need to see WHY

This is so cool for me to realize right now; coming off of 2026 business planning this is the perfect time to announce MEMBERSHIPS. I've been talking about them over the past year and even have a few, but it's taken some beta-testing to get them right. I guess here's some evidence.

So excited and thankful for a New Year Business |
Retreat with these amazing, powerhouse ladies and fellow ***es! We are being hosted in one of Serena Kerr's aka Sunny Side Stays, LLC properties at Smith Mountain Lake (this place is so beautiful and right on the water!)

The next two days will be filled with high-level business planning for the future of Empire Media Solutions, The Boss Bi***es of Frederick, and all the other businesses here too :)

What a year 2025 was at Empire Media Solutions! So many "empires" captured and so many changes to the business in the last 12 months.

• January - first month in the studio (our first commercial space thanks to Sahsha Passmore with MacRo Commercial Real Estate!)
• March - Grand opening of the space on Industry Lane and official rebrand from Empire Photography to Empire Media Solutions
• May - travel to Mexico for work with Cruise Planners - Kim Mogard - just the beginning of our amazing collabs this year and on-going
• June - beginning to understand the need for assistance in order to support amazing growth and celebrated 5 years in business!
• September - work again takes us international, this time to Ireland. The trip of a lifetime again capturing photo/video for Kim Mogard and some other travel agents as well!
• October-December: Began year 2 as President for BNI Millionaire Makers and then the rest of the year was a total blur... (seriously, if I missed a meeting - I am deeply sorry)

Honestly this was a year of growth and change and BRAVEry for Empire Media Solutions and me, the owner, Kourtney Roman.

In 2025, I've had the amazing opportunity to go at this completely full-time and the support of all of my clients, fellow boss bi***es, friends, and business networking associates truly makes all the difference. Thanks to you I can continue to and because you support small business, I can pay my rent and buy groceries.

There's truly nothing quite like owning your own business. It's 25% doing the job providing the services that you do and 75% running a business, answering emails, networking, building relationships, and figuring out how to pay the bills week to week. It's not for the faint of heart and it requires dedication, perseverance, and support.

2026 is going to be a year of SUSTAINABILITY... or at least that's the goal.

A Merry Santa Social! - Free Santa photos + fun, family friendly activities! was an absolute blast! So many families came out to participate - it was a joy to see so many kids having fun, getting their photos with Santa and just a community give back for me (Kourtney) and Empire Media Solutions.

That's another Santa Brunch in the books! We look forward to capturing the excitement of this event every year - from Santa photos to ornament making & cookie decorating and all the silly, sugar-fueled candid moments in between.
