The Showcall team volunteered at The Frederick Rescue Mission helping them with multiple projects at their facility. We sorted food, helped finish making the fence around their property private, and sorted clothes for their store. This organization does so many wonderful things for people in Frederick, and we were happy to help in any way we could!

Showcall is pleased to announce the promotion of Jason Gallun to Audio Equipment Coordinator!

Jason joined our team a little over a year ago, and he has quickly left his mark with his work ethic and determination. Matt Schectman, Warehouse Operations Manager, says, “Jason brings a great sense of humor and a team-building personality that lifts those around him. He is highly motivated and no-nonsense, making him an integral part of the team who never shies away from the next task. Our d&b audiotechnik SL series PA was the perfect choice of sound reinforcement for bringing together King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard and the National Symphony Orchestra at Merriweather Post Pavilion. The pairing of a rock concert and a classical orchestra benefited from the amazing cardioid technology of the SL series that provides ultimate acoustic directivity, keeping clean musical energy in the audience where it belongs, and away from a busy stage with sensitive microphones and focused performers.

Last week, Showcall had the opportunity to work with Linder Global Enterprises in support of two events. One event was at the National Archives and the other was at The Library of Congress to help America250 kick off their year long bus tour of America ahead of our 250th birthday. The tour will make stops in all 50 states, ending back in DC on July 4, 2026.
