First Dan Cox is endorsed by Democrats, because they know he can't beat Wes Moore. Now he's complaining about being seen as "too conservative". Well I became unapologetically Conservative in 1975 when I signed the front of a paycheck for the first time. I've signed tens of thousands since.
I know what it takes to restore affordability and bring good jobs to Maryland. The job of Governor is an executive position. What Maryland needs now is someone who has actually put conservative principles into action, as an executive, over the course of half a century. Principles that have resulted in the economic renaissance of Canton, saving the port of Baltimore and transforming the lives of thousands of families with affordable mortgages.
What we dont need is someone who will back away from his principles when the going gets tough. Which is what Dan Cox just did. If he can't stand up to Democrat pressure now, he surely won't be able to stand up against Wes Moore.
Vote for me, Ed Hale. I won't back down.
AUTHORITY: Hale for Gov; Ed Hale, Jr., Treasurer
