In case you missed it… we were voted Best Podcast by Sass Magazine! 🥹✨ What an incredible honor and such a full-circle moment for us.

There’s something especially meaningful about receiving this recognition the same week that Friday’s episode is about the very losses that gutted us. The losses that changed us. The losses that, in some moments, made us wonder if we would ever see the light again. Looking back now, we can see that those losses were the first steps toward our awakening. And somehow, that awakening led us right here, to this podcast, this community, and this moment. 💜

Spiritual Signs & Metaphysical Minds has always been about so much more than talking about all things metaphysical. It’s about connection. It’s about taking the very things that once broke us and using what we learned through them to help others heal. It’s about reminding people that even in their darkest seasons, there can still be meaning, hope, signs, laughter, and light waiting on the other side. Most importantly, it’s about showing up every week as unapologetically ourselves, still learning, still growing, still figuring out how to navigate this crazy life with our faith in all things metaphysical leading the way. ✨

We enjoyed having Anita join us for our most recent episode on grief. Unfortunately no one understands grief more than a mother who has lost a child. In this episode we talk about the loss of Justin, Anita’s son, who also happened to be Bridgets boyfriend and how they experienced the same loss from different perspectives. Alexis talks about the loss of her Mom and together we talk about what grief has looked like for all of us & how a profound loss forever changes how you view and navigate the world.
