This dreamy floral card is part of this week’s InColor Confidence series featuring Secret Sea—our star color for the week! I paired it with Basic Beige and Petal Pink from the Floral Charms Suite Collection to create this soft, layered card full of warmth, texture, and charm.

Let’s talk color theory! According to the Stampin’ Up!® Color Coach, this combo is a split complementary palette. Petal Pink is warm and cheerful, Secret Sea adds contrast with its cool, moody undertone, and Basic Beige grounds it all with a soft neutral base. This balance creates a subtle, elegant harmony that works beautifully for cards, scrapbook pages, or treat boxes.

💬 The sentiment “You Made My Day” is stamped in Secret Sea for a bold pop, layered over a wash of Petal Pink and grounded with those stunning deep blue die cuts.

✨ Time to GET SEASONAL with the 2025 Stampin’ Up!® Artisan Design Team! Come hop along with us as we share fun holiday inspiration to get your creative juices flowing.

For my project, I created a two-page Thanksgiving scrapbook layout featuring the Gathering Together Suite Collection with pops of Secret Sea for my InColor Confidence series. I highlighted a large hero photo alongside candid shots of Mom, Sarah, and me preparing our holiday pies. The journaling strip tells the story of our day together in November 2023, and I even included our favorite Chocolate Delight recipe to preserve this sweet tradition.

✨🌸 Tuesday Twist: Spotlight Focal Point 🌸✨

For today’s Tuesday Twist, I’m sharing an alternate idea with the Farmhouse Florals August 2025 Paper Pumpkin Kit featuring Secret Sea from Stampin’ Up!’s® InColor family as part of my InColor Confidence Series.

💡 Color Theory: Secret Sea is a deep navy that naturally balances out warm tones like Calypso Coral and Darling Duckling. Even when used sparingly, it anchors a design and lets the florals shine.

🔍 The Twist: I used the exclusive Circle of Season Dies (subscriber-only dies!) to create a spotlight focal point. The front of the card opens to reveal the same floral basket design inside—a fun surprise element!

🌼 Dimension, Dimension, Dimension: Between popped-up florals, layered basket elements, and a raised sentiment, this card is full of texture and life—it feels like the flowers are blooming right off the page.

This week I’m resharing one of my favorite scrapbook layouts that highlights the cheerful Darling Duckling In Color, paired with Old Olive, Early Espresso, and Basic White for a fresh, nature-inspired palette.

💛 Color Theory: This page uses an analogous color scheme—Darling Duckling and Old Olive sit right next to each other on the color wheel, creating a harmonious and soothing blend. Adding Early Espresso provides grounding contrast, while Basic White balances the design with breathing space.

This week’s spotlight is the sunny, cheerful Darling Duckling! I paired it with Shaded Spruce, Night of Navy, and Calypso Coral to create an 8-1/2” x 11” random-stamped one sheet wonder using the Everyday You & Me Bundle.

This Last Chance product is perfect for bold, happy sentiments and florals that make your projects pop. I cut into my stamped masterpiece to create this card, but you could easily get multiple cards or tags from one sheet!

✨ Tip: Keep your stamping balanced by rotating your stamp and alternating colors for a more natural, layered look.

This cheerful card from the 2025–2026 Stampin’ Up!® Annual Catalog is a perfect example of how to make a color shine! Darling Duckling takes center stage here, paired with Strawberry Slush, Timid Tiger, and fresh pops of green from the Florals in Bloom Designer Series Paper.

Why it works (Color Theory Tip!)
Darling Duckling is a soft, sunny yellow that naturally complements warm tones like Timid Tiger and bold, playful pinks like Strawberry Slush. The pop of green creates balance, while the Basic White backdrop lets the colors breathe.

It’s Mail It Monday, and this week I’m sharing pure sunshine on a card! ☀️ Our In Color Confidence spotlight is Darling Duckling, one of my favorite 2025–2027 In Color™ shades. I love how this warm golden yellow instantly lifts your mood and makes every project pop.

For this card, I built a split complementary color scheme — Darling Duckling as the star, with Old Olive and Misty Moonlight as the supporting players. This color harmony keeps the look fresh, vibrant, and visually balanced, while Very Vanilla and Gold add warmth and elegance.

The Sunflower 3D Embossing Folder creates rich texture, and the Loose Gold Sequins catch the light just enough to make you smile.

It’s time for our August 2025 Artisan Group 1 unofficial InstaHop and we’re getting festive with the Jolly Holly Bundle from Stampin’ Up!® 🎄✨

For my project, I created a cozy 12x12 quilt star scrapbook page that captures a treasured moment from our 2020 Christmas candlelight service. The Jolly Holly Hybrid Embossing Folder and Dies brought so much texture and dimension to my holly leaves, while the Need for Tweed 12x12 Designer Series Paper added a homespun, warm feel that reminds me of a handmade holiday quilt.

I layered embossed holly pieces, popped in festive berries, and framed it all on a faux-stitched background for that classic, cozy look. This page is proof that you can blend timeless holiday elements with personal memories to create something truly special.
