The viral Asian peach and mango ice cream is finally at Costco 🍑🥭🍦

You get 6 for around $11 and the packaging is honestly beautiful. The peach tastes like peaches and cream with a soft white chocolate shell, while the mango has a strong floral mango flavor. Both instantly melt in your mouth.
Easy 10/10 for me.

I’ve been making salmon sushi and sashimi from Costco for over 20 years now and it’s honestly one of my favorite ways to enjoy high quality salmon at a fraction of restaurant prices.

In this video, I go over why FDA Food Code 3-402.11 considers farmed salmon exempt from parasite destruction requirements. Of course, as with all raw foods, bacterial risk is still present and proper handling/storage is important.
