At what point does a sausage dog become a sandwich? ๐ค๐
Started with Philly Cheesesteak Smoked Sausage, scored it up with the new Sausage Cutter, then sent it to the pellet grill.
While that was smoking, I hit peppers and onions on the griddle with a little Blackstone Lemon Pepper seasoning. Once that was done I added some shredded cheese and allowed it to melt before assembling this beast!
Loaded it all onto a jumbo bun and finished it with a drizzle of hot honey.
Sweet. Smoky. Savory. Just enough heat.
Yeah... this one didn't stand a chance. ๐๐ป๐ฅ๐ญ
