Hey everyone this might be a bit long but here's a recap of my CARNIVORE DIET.
Been on the carnivore diet plus OMAD (one meal a day) for 30 plus days now and Im finally ending it but going to still eat healthier and preferably whole foods as much as possible.
Everyone wanted to know how much weight I lost and for me it wasn't much. Started off 241lbs and lost about 8lbs only but my body changed .. body recomposition happened. Stomach got slimmer and clothes fits better but weight remained the same at 233lbs. Sadly, I did not even take any pictures of my before and after lol. I was too focus on numbers on the scale ðĪĶI only wanted to see the number drop lol
About 2 weeks in you start to feel better and see a difference. Sleep better, think better, feel better, less bloating after a meal, slimmer stomach, shed off inches of your waist, less snoring ð, face cleared up, & more energy even with less than 6hrs of sleep. Don't feel lazy or sluggish, plus you sleep like a baby, no tossing and turning all night til you fall asleep.
My HBP improved, my craving for rice/sugar completely vanish. I did not crave snacks or have munchies at odd hours. I did not get a blood work because I don't think I was on it long enough to make a significant change.
All this happened to me in about 30 plus days & all I ate was beef, chicken, fish, pork, eggs, butter & beef tallow .. with celtic salt along with my water.
Super proud of myself for thugging it out to 30 plus days but I miss my fruits and veggies ð
