Hi guys, sorry for the hiatus! I had a lot of things happening in the background. Prepping is back on! Here is what I will be offering for next weeks preps.
Breakfast:
Sausage egg bites
Strawberry parfaits

Lunch:
Italian sub with salad and fruit

Dinner:
Swedish meatballs with mashed potatoes and broccoli
Chicken and dumplings with pilaf
