Yesterday was a busy day for Rollos de Mujeres LLC producing new episodes of The Ana Cruz Show.

We started at Southwest Transplant Alliance in Dallas, talking about organ donation and the incredible impact of giving the gift of life.

Then I headed to Deep Ellum, where I switched seats and joined another podcast as a guest.

We wrapped up the day with Dr. Josef Witt-Doerring for a thought and provoking conversation about psychiatric medications, mental health, and the Lindsay Clancy case.

Mil por ciento recomendado. Está en Jefferson Ave. en Oak Cliff y sí, manejo una hora para llegar con él porque vale totalmente la pena.

Hair really does make a difference in how we feel, but it’s also something I tend to put last. Thankfully, Valentino at V & F BEAUTY LOUNGE always comes to the rescue.

I recommend him 1,000%. He’s on Jefferson Ave. in Oak Cliff, and yes, I drive an hour to see him because he’s totally worth it.

Encontré esta foto de hace algunos ayeres 😆 pensar que me sentía gorda y no bonita me hace querer regresar y abrazarme con tanto amor.

Que interesante que en cada etapa de nuestra vida somos nuestros peores jueces y al regresar la mirada al pasado nos damos cuenta de lo bendecidos que éramos… corrijo, SOMOS.
