Bilingual Call Center Representative

Via Satellite Inc., established more than 35 years ago, has a great opportunity for you to establish a long-term rewarding career as a Call Center Representative.
Our Call Center is located in our headquarters office in Front Royal, VA. They are responsible for scheduling, routing, and supporting our team of installation technicians. We are looking for a Bilingual, reliable, high energy individual who excels in working in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

· Provide informational support to our field technicians

· Maintain daily appointment tracking and communicate reports to Management

· Communicate with customers regarding their appointment time

· Communicate with DISH agents when a field technician needs support

Skills and Abilities:

· Self-motivated with a strong sense of time management

· Verbal and written communication skills

· Attention to detail

· Ability to adjust to changing responsibilities and priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, and time-critical environment

· Ability to work independently

Qualifications:

· Bilingual (Spanish/English) Required

· Must be 18 years of age or older

· Type 45 WPM or higher

· High School Diploma and or GED

· Advanced experience with Excel
