Today, we pause to honor the brave men and women who have served our nation. At Management Cues, we also recognize how many of today’s most effective managers and leaders began their journey in military service.

The leadership principles developed through military experience—discipline, adaptability, teamwork, and resilience—translate powerfully into the workplace. In fact, about 44.5% of employed veterans in 2024 were working in management, professional, and related occupations.
