I’m so thankful today because, I remember a time when I couldn’t get up and get outside. I was fighting for my life. Church hurt, religious trauma, familial trauma and growing pains were about to take me out! But GOD!!!

Lying separates you from truth, and spiritual growth depends on living in truth.

Every time you lie—even about something small—you train yourself to ignore your inner conscience. Over time, it becomes harder to hear your intuition, recognize what’s real, and trust yourself. Lying also creates fear because you have to protect the lie instead of living honestly.

Spiritually, truth brings freedom, peace, and clarity. Lying brings confusion, distance, and inner conflict.

You cannot grow spiritually while repeatedly choosing deception, because spiritual growth is the process of becoming more aligned with truth.
