Clarification from OBU:

We have received several questions regarding the recent change to eligibility criteria and so I would like to clarify the position.

Student can meet the requirement for currency of knowledge by

· Demonstrate currency of knowledge by either

o passing your RAP within 10 years of the earliest of: the date of your first ACCA examination pass, or the date of your first ACCA exemption being granted

or

o passing 3 ACCA examinations (Applied Skills or Strategic Professional) in the 5 year period before submission of your RAP

Due to the COVID19 pandemic OBU has given following relief to their students for May 2020

Extension of the submission window until 27 May 2020

P40 Industry sectors (for topics 8 & 15) will be valid for P41

Students, for whom P40 was their last available submission under the 10 year rule, will have an extension to P41.
