I hear it, a new Coffee trick that helped me go from 207 to 134 seems like it’s too good to be true, right? 😍
I know, and I wouldn’t believe it either if I didn’t actually feel the difference myself by looking at the scale and how my clothes fit.
But listen.
I didn’t know how easy it could be to stay healthy and slim…
I’m not into heavy exercising like cardio, running, or any intense kind of recreation.
I did have results by exercising and watching what I eat, but the lack of motivation and consistency got me back to where I was and then some. 😞
Personally, I’ve tried pretty much everything, but nothing ever lasted.
Eventually, after countless dead-ends and months of frustration, I found the answer I was looking for.
Today? I’d use this simple Coffee trick rather than forcing myself to the gym and counting calories.
All I did was a small tweak to my morning cup of Coffee.
It turned an ordinary glass of Coffee into a fat-burning super drink.
Takes just a few seconds and the day begins.
OMG, I’m glad I did…it was like magic!
Eventually, my story was featured in local, national and international media, and I also appeared on the talk show Red Table Talk with Jada Pinkett Smith.
