🌶️ Jalapeño Popper Grilled Cheese 🧀
Ingredients:
4 slices of bread (sourdough or your favorite)
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
4 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
Instructions:
Prepare the Filling:

In a medium bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded Monterey Jack cheese, chopped jalapeños, and crumbled bacon until well combined.
Assemble the Sandwiches:

Spread the cheese and jalapeño mixture evenly onto two slices of bread.

2 cups heavy cream

Instructions:
