Somehow I ended up with laundry on the kitchen table, something on the stove, a grocery list I never finished, and 17 notifications I haven't opened. All in the same 45 minutes.

Sis, "just one thing" is a LIE we tell ourselves every single time. 😩 We are built different. We cannot do one thing. It's not in our DNA.

God bless every woman who sat down to rest and ended up reorganizing a whole cabinet. You are not alone. You are SEEN. 🙏😂

That photo. That letter. That piece of your heart you kept holding onto just in case. You are allowed to put it away. You are allowed to close the box.

God didn't ask you to carry that forever. He asked you to trust Him with it. Releasing the past isn't giving up on love. It's making room for the love that's actually coming for you. 🙏

Let’s be real for a second…

Have you ever stared at a text like:
“Why did he say it like THAT?” 🤨

Or waited 12 minutes and thought:
“Okay… now what does THAT mean?”

Meanwhile…

he probably sent the message and went to eat 😑

At some point, you just get tired of overthinking everything.

And that’s when you realize…

If something requires *that* much mental effort just to feel okay?

It’s probably not for you.

Because what’s meant for you feels clear.
It feels easy.
And most importantly… it gives you peace.

But watch what happens when something good comes your way.

Does she celebrate you? Or does she get quiet? Does she minimize it? Does she suddenly have something going on too?

A real friend doesn't compete with you. She cheers the loudest. 📣

God didn't design sisterhood to feel like a competition. He designed it to feel like a safe place.

If your "friend" can't genuinely celebrate your wins, that's not a friend. That's an audience member who's mad you got the part.

You deserve people who are ACTUALLY rooting for you, not just watching to see if you fail.

If you've been feeling disconnected from your faith lately, Sis, try this: step outside tonight. Look up. And just... talk to Him. You don't need a script. He already knows what you're carrying. 🙏

Psalm 121:2 says, "My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth." That sky above you? He made it. And He still has time for you.

That's growth. That's discernment. That's God protecting you through your own wisdom.

Not every connection deserves a second date. Not every "he has potential" is worth your peace. Some people show you exactly who they are in the first conversation, and your only job is to believe them.

You are not being too picky. You are being too smart to settle. There's a difference. 💛
