Over the past 12 weeks, I have been working with Urban Impact Birmingham as a part of the business cohort. This Tuesday will be our graduation, and I am happy to say I've learned lessons about business that have helped me grow and prune my mindset. The beginning of the year was full of so many shifts and pivots. I am grateful for everyone who has helped and supported me through this season.

With that being said, having a tribe of folks who are in alignment with your goals is crucial.
