Here’s our planned schedule for Saturday, October 17:

📍 6:30 AM — Check-in
🚌 7:00 AM — Departure
⛰️ 9:30–10:30 AM — Pilot Mountain State Park
🍇 11:15 AM–1:15 PM — Yadkin Valley Grape Festival
🍷 2:00–5:45 PM — Grassy Creek Vineyard
🏡 9:00–9:30 PM — Return to Raleigh

All times are estimated and may change with traffic, weather, and boarding.

Our passengers’ safety and privacy matter to us. We want everyone to feel comfortable and secure riding with Seat’s Taken Travel Co., so we share the general pickup area publicly and announce the official location and boarding details to registered travelers during our pre-trip Zoom meeting.

I keep thinking about the fact that people are STILL asking me about W**e Country even though registration closed. 😭🍷

When I started Seat's Taken, I knew what I wanted it to FEEL like, but you never really know whether other people are going to see the vision too.

And now we're less than two weeks away, I'm looking at this list of travelers and thinking…okay, maybe we really do have something here. ❤️

Not just a bus ride. People are coming to meet people, laugh, explore somewhere new and have an EXPERIENCE.

And now my brain is already thinking about what we could do next. 😂 What kind of day trip would make YOU say, ‘Okay Charvon, save me a seat’?

Not a bus ride. An experience. 🚌✨ No driving in the dark, no parking, no fighting holiday traffic. Just cozy seats, cocoa or another warm drink, a sweet treat, and a host who makes it fun. We also plan a stop at Tanglewood's Gift Village for the Red Barn gift shop and restrooms & travel with friends

Y’all… I am SO excited! 🍷🚌❤️

Registration for our W**e Country experience officially closed October 1st, but even after closing, my inbox is STILL getting messages asking:

“Do you have any seats left?” 👀

And we had THREE last-minute travelers join us last night!

That tells me one thing…

I’m getting more and more excited about October 17th because this is exactly what I wanted Seat’s Taken Travel Co. to be about — getting out of the house, meeting good people, exploring somewhere different, and having an EXPERIENCE together.

W**e Country is just the beginning. 🍷
