Mental Health Therapists: Do you have clients who need more time and space to go deeper?

I have June & July openings for **3-Hour Holistic Therapy Intensives**, designed to complement the work you're already doing with your clients. These are a great adjunct to most therapy approaches.

Sessions may include Brainspotting, trauma informed yoga, breath work, and expressive arts.

Happy to collaborate with referring therapists. Free 20-min consult available.

Happy Mother's Day 💐

Mother’s Day can hold a lot more than just celebration.

For some, it’s gratitude and warmth.
For others, it’s grief, distance, complicated histories, or longing for something that never quite felt safe or steady.

From a therapist’s perspective, all of those experiences are valid.

Today isn’t about forcing a feeling—it’s about making space for whatever is true for you.

If you have a mother you love, honor that connection.
If your relationship is strained, it’s okay to hold boundaries.
If you’ve lost your mother, your grief deserves gentleness.
If you are a mother, remember you don’t have to be perfect to be meaningful.

And if today is hard, you’re not alone in that.

Take care of yourself in the way you might care for someone you love—with patience, compassion, and without judgment.
