CHICAGO - Cheretha Morrison was reported missing when she failed to pick daughter up from Earle Elementary School in the 6900
block of South Throop in the Englewood neighborhood of Chicago on
February 26, 2021.

She was supposed to meet with her adult son that morning, but she never showed up and never answered her phone the Charley Project reported.

At the time of her disappearance, she was driving a silver 2016 Porsche Cayenne with
the Illinois license plate number BZ12712.

The vehicle was later found in the Rogers Park area, twenty miles away from where she was last seen. Cash was reportedly discovered
in the passenger seat, but no sign of Cheretha.

Cheretha was more than three months pregnant at the time of her disappearance
family members told MLAT.
Her case remains unsolved.

On April 7, 2023, Shanika caught an Uber from a gas station on Detroit’s west side to meet a man named Clarence on the east side near Sheridan and East Forrest. He had sent the ride for her.

🧑🏽‍🦱 But Clarence later claimed she ended up with his cousin, Robert Griffin, instead.

🎥 Ring camera footage shows Shanika arriving at the home—but she’s never seen coming out.

At 4:22 a.m. on Friday, as Texas' Hill Country began to flood, a firefighter in Ingram – just upstream from Kerrville – asked the Kerr County Sheriff's Office to alert nearby residents, according to audio obtained by ABC affiliate KSAT.
The first alert didn't come through Kerr County's CodeRED system until 90 minutes later. Some messages didn't arrive until after 10 a.m. By then, hundreds of people had been swept away by the floodwaters.
