We had been toying with the idea of built ins but knew we’d have to leave them if we move within the next couple of years like we plan so this was the compromise (plus I wanted it done same day because I’m impatient) I’m also too impatient to wait til tomorrow to refilm because there’s a mirror we added to the right side since the door swings into it and couldn’t add more cabinets!

We have been wanting to do a “built in” system here but know if we’re not staying in this house for more than a couple of years, we want to be able to take the furniture with us when we go so this was the perfect compromise especially to get it done same da. We added a full length mirror to the far right which added a ton but it was too dark to film it so I’ll show y’all tomorrow. Thought about painting it but also want it to be functional in a bunch of different rooms potentially so we will see 🫶🏼
