Andrew and Elliot’s 4H pigs are looking awesome! Pictures are from a couple days old, born i. our barn, and today, growing in our barn!! Weighed today and they are weighing from 92 - 117! All are gaining over 2 pounds per day and 101 days until fair. Loving these homegrown babies!!

TGS is currently breeding for August and September litters. Our sows thus far have been bred to proven boars from Shipley swine genetics, as well as Push, a local boar from Lynas farms! We are so excited to see all the colors that will drop!

We would love to get updated pictures throughout the year until fair, and please let us know when you will be showing/selling at fair time so that we can come support you!!

We currently have 10 piglets available for raising and butchering/breeding/whatever you want to do with them. 1 litter is 4 weeks old today and the other is 2 weeks old. Let us know if you are interested!!

Good morning True Grit Swine customers!! Sale day is next Saturday, May 9th at 10:00 so we just wanted to touch base on a little information!

The sale will be cash only. The pigs are $300/head. Please bring cash only, and exact change if at all possible. We will be doing the sale in a lottery fashion, meaning everyone will draw a number upon checkin. For the first round you will be selecting your main pig and then the second your floater. We will go from #1 the first round and then from the largest number down the second round.

The piglets are currently being fed Performance Checker mix pellets from Intermountain feed. We will have some bags on hand for sale for $25/bag for anyone that needs them.

They were last wormed a month ago so will be needing another dose after pick up. We will also have wormer on hand for anyone that would like us to give a dose for $5/shot.

We still have heat lamps in the pens for the piglets, and would recommend you do the same for the chilly nights.

If you haven’t PM’d yet for the address for pickup please message and we can give it to you.

We look forward to seeing you all next Saturday. If you have further questions I will put my number below - feel free to text or you can message on here as well.
