Im guessing the only reason she's still there is because she needs to be the only cat in her forever home, which really narrows down her chances to get adopted☹️ Please share and if you know someone who has cat experience and currently doesnt have any cats, send the post to them! That’s how long Llamrei has been waiting at Pet Pride for a home to call her own — 1 year and 363 days. 💜🐾

If you’ve visited Pet Pride, there’s a pretty good chance you’ve already met her. Llamrei has happily taken on the role of our unofficial front-door greeter, and she takes her job very seriously. 🤍

She’ll come right up to say hello, check out everyone who walks through the door, and make sure you know she’s there. And when it’s time for you to leave? You might want to check your car before you pull away… because Llamrei may just decide she’s coming with you. 🚗😂

Honestly, after 728 days of waiting, can you blame her? 😺

But underneath that outgoing, curious personality is also a girl who is an absolute lap cat. 💕

Once Llamrei decides it’s time for some love, she’s more than happy to climb into your lap, settle in, and soak up all the attention you’re willing to give her. 🐾

She really gives you the best of both worlds — a social little sidekick who wants to know what everyone is doing AND a snuggly companion who would happily spend her evenings curled up with her person. 🏡

Llamrei does have one request for her future family: she needs to be the only cat in the home. She’d much rather have her humans, her home, and all those available laps to herself. 🥰

For nearly two years, Llamrei has watched people come through our doors. She’s greeted countless visitors, made plenty of friends, watched other cats leave with their new families, and continued waiting for someone to choose her.

We think 728 days is long enough.

Llamrei is ready to trade her spot greeting people at our front door for a spot greeting YOU at your own front door.

And preferably, a permanent spot in your lap. 💜

We scored a spay neuter and feral clinic! And also gained another 5 kittens today and 1 last night, which has put us in the red 😞
I know at this point I am sounding like a broken record, but we desperately need funds...one of the kitties today also needed eye surgery and we also had a huge hernia 😞 any amount would help us to keep this going please and thank you!
