Sneak Peak of our Thanksgiving Menu!!! We will be taking pre-orders starting Tuesday, November 4th - Thursday, November 20th!! Plenty of time to get those pre-orders in before Thanksgiving!!

I'll be giving further instructions before Tuesday, but it will be a limited quantity so plan to get your orders in ASAP! We are super excited to be offering these things for you all!!

Although we have MUCH more space than last holiday😆, believe it or not... space is still an issue! We are quickly maxing out of oven space already😱Since everything will be baked fresh, we will have a short window of time to make ALOT of goodies for you all. My AWESOME team of bakers (and myself) are committed to bringing you guys the best of the best this holiday season and we appreciate all the love and support!

Hi! It’s me again with a PSA😆. I truly feel like I would be doing you guys an injustice to not educate you all on this! Why? Because I know by talking with my personal customers how SOOO many are *trying* to eat healthier and cleaner but it’s so tricky out there to do so!

Marketing “sourdough” and “hand stretched” “stone baked”… is a crime. Really makes me mad honestly bc it downplays what we do here at my bakery! (Why does it matter if it’s hand stretch or stone baked if it’s full of junk🤔… it doesn’t, it just sounds good)

This isn’t sourdough. Let me be extra clear… you WOULD NOT BE making a healthier choice buying this. Let’s break down these ingredients…

1) “Sourdough” listed as a last ingredient… yeast listed - 🚩

2) Canolia Oil- 🚩

3) Sunflower Oil- 🚩

4) Calcium Propionate- 🚩

5) Shelf stable ONE HUNDRED TWENTY DAYS-🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩

6) May contain bioengineered food ingredients- 🚩🚩🚩

This is a bread product guys. The SIMPLEST of ingredients needed. Flour, water, salt. Thats literally it. How have we gotten here? It’s truly a shame and the only way it’ll change is by simply NOT buying it.

All this to say, please beware of marketing schemes! Read your labels and shop local as much as possible! You deserve better❤️

Did you know as a business owner, I can’t find a supplier for non-bleached, non GMO all purpose flour or sugar? Think about that. Because if I can’t… no one else (at least in our area) can either. It forces restaurants to use bleached products.

My customers often say “am I crazy that your products don’t hurt my stomach? Is it my head??” NO! It’s not in your head! We shouldn’t be eating BLEACHED flour and sugar.

So, for now… we get a million small bags of flour from Costco each week. It’s inconvenient, expensive and time consuming.

Just this morning I was on the phone with a supplier and he said and I quote “there’s no demand for it so we don’t have it”. Saying that, he did say as of recently it’s been a discussion on the table more. So I guess that’s our small glimpse of hope.

We have to demand better food. We have to stop settling for this junk. That’s the only way things will change. Yourself, your body, your kids body… is worth the fight!

Until then, thank you Costco for keeping some good options in stock! Even if it’s inconvenient… it’s worth it❤️

One of my FAVORITE parts of owning this business, is all the success stories I’ve gotten to hear from customers who have sworn off bread due to digestive issues (aka gluten intolerances). I say often that I want a board designated for people to be able to write their little story and how our products have allowed them to enjoy bread again! Truly its the most rewarding part❤️

You have to be careful these days. Just because someone says “baked fresh daily” or “baked in house”… doesn’t mean what you think it means haha! Many times, that’s pulling a frozen premade product out and baking it🥴

Same with “sourdough”. People abuse that. They add active yeast to speed the process up. Therefore you may still find yourself having digestive issues for those of us who struggle with gluten.

This can be frustrating to businesses like mine because we have to be so specific on what we mean when we say “Fully Fermented Sourdough” and “baked FROM SCRATCH IN HOUSE daily”…so you all understand the value of what you’re getting.

It’s been an absolute honor to be able to supply the community with our products… not only for our personal customers but also local businesses we supply. Our goal is to get our products into all YOUR favorite local restaurants and shops so you can know what you’re eating and enjoy our products beyond our walls❤️. It’s a big undertaking but if you’ve followed me from the beginning, you know I like a challenge😏
