Oh these bagels. They are BY FAR our lengthiest and most high maintenance product we sell but boy are they worth it😅.

Our bagels take 9 hours of HANDS ON WORK. That’s not including the fermentation. We are so thankful for our .salvaggio who works his absolute butt off PERFECTING this craft.

They are truly a work of art and we are so thankful you all appreciate the effort that goes into creating these each day❤️.

Just know every bite you take has been hand crafted with CARE😅. Make sure to grab a pack before you head out on vacation this holiday weekend!!

We had our staff training night last night! We ran through every single menu item to get ready for the summer 💪🏽.

Always so thankful for my staff and their dedication to making a top notch product! We PREACH to our front of the house staff how important their jobs are. We put so much effort into making everything from scratch in the back but the reality is that can all be ruined by how it’s handled up front. We can slave away hand crafting a bagel for 9 hours (yes, that’s our total HANDS ON time for our bagel process…. Not including the fermentation) and it takes all of about 15 seconds too long in our toaster to ruin it all. THATS one of the toughest parts of this business😭

So, training days are 1000% a necessity and also hiring staff that truly care about their job. And these girls right here do❤️

SO, a HUGE thank you to these ladies for showing up and putting in the work and care to serve our customers delicious, healthy food!!
