Meet Alex!! Alex is our official baking manager and is a true gem! Alex came to me before the bakery was officially open and decided to take a risky chance by making a complete career change to join our team. While still finishing out her previous job, she would work a full time schedule, then come to the bakery from 9-11 every night to mix up our dough… (all while yes, being a mom!)

She’s surely a go-getter and passionate about her work. Her presence in the bakery since she’s been with us full time, is like a breath of fresh air! We’ve been able to up our production and keep things rolling much smoother with her on board!

While managing the crew, she also makes all the cinnamon rolls (and icing💀🤣 iykyk) muffins and shapes out the bread! Her complete lists of tasks are too many to list but just know behind the scenes, she’s rockin and rollin (figuratively and literally😜).

Let’s give a big round of applause for all the ways she commits to making our bakery what it has become in our short 4 months! We have a long way to go but we’ve already come so far and that’s hands down bc of the amazing team of bakers and employees ❤️❤️

Katie keeps our grab-and-go table stocked with cookies, crackers, and croutons! Or at lease she tries to, but they never seem to last long! 😆She also makes our delicious sourdough Mac and cheese!

If you haven’t tried the crackers with our chicken salad, RUN to the bakery and pick some up!

When Katie isn’t here baking away, she’s baking at home baking, spending time with her boys, decorating, or listening to crime podcasts.

I can’t tell yall how much we appreciate the word of mouth recommendations! People come in DAILY and say “my friend brought me _____ and now I’m back for more”. So many of you come in buying 3-4 loaves saying “I’m gifting these to friends and loved ones” and seriously, it means so much more than I can say! We’ve done little advertising and our sign is there but…. SMALL🤣 can’t see it great from the street BUT you guys have made up (and MORE) every single bit of those hurdles. Truly thankful for each of one you! All the shares, tags, gifting to friends and family… you truly don’t know how much that means to a small business. HUGE, GINORMOUS heartfelt thank you❤️❤️❤️

As for the second part of that post, definitely check out Silver Bull Fitness. As much passion as I have for baking you guys top quality baked goods and providing healthy food options for the community… it’s equally matched with my passion for fitness! This is the gym that I attribute so much to where I am today too. I coached there for 5 years and it’s still where you will catch me every day when I’m not at the bakery😆. 12/10 gym⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Remember, you can eat all the right foods but you HAVE to move guys. Weight-training in some form is a non-negotiable, Silver Bull will make SURE you’re doing it safely✅. End of soap box, was just super thankful to see this post today and the merging of my two passions in one shout out❤️

What would we do without Ericka?!

Ericka’s been with us since the very beginning and is an artist both in and out of the kitchen (she even painted the designs on the bakery walls!)

She’s always there when we call.

She currently makes all of JoJo Espresso’s focaccia and works hard to keep the bakery stocked with beautiful artisan loaves. Have you tried the new strawberry cream cheese loaf?!

We’ve never met someone so passionate about what they do. Let us know an artisan loaf flavor you’d like to see next, and Ericka is sure to make it even better than you could imagine!

Foster’s turn!

Foster is one of our 4 AM bakers. 😮‍💨

We like to think of him as our bagel extraordinaire (just go taste his strawberry bagels today!)

Foster does bagels, sandwich bread, cream cheese spreads, and soups!

This home-grown Italian can often be found torturing the juice bar staff with his Frank Senatra and classic jazz playlists. 😆

Meet Tina!

Tina is one of our assistant bakers (the one responsible for keeping our yummy chicken and tuna salads stocked).

Tina always comes running when we need a hand, whether it’s last-minute starter feeding, making a batch of dough for sandwich bread, or whipping up cinnamon roll dough on a Monday morning; she’s got us covered!

At home, Tina likes to hang with her family, her chickens, and makes all the wonderful goat soaps sold out front at the bakery!

Let’s talk about our newest addition, Jenna!

Jenna can mostly be found in the back of the house making sandwich bread dough, prepping ingredients, and helping the bakers.

When she’s not in the kitchen, she’s on the softball field. Fun fact—she now gets to work with one of her former teachers! 🙃

We love Jenna’s go-getter attitude and willingness to jump in anywhere help may be needed!
