When I started my business (almost a year ago!), I didn't tell anyone. 👇🏻

I had no idea what people would think or if they even understood the vision I was trying to create.

I would work day and night creating a website, planning my company values, and praying that it was all going to be worth it.

Then one day I got a message from a friend. She asked me if I wanted to go to lunch and talk about a new Mastermind she was creating.

Not only did I join her mastermind group, but I eventually became her Social Media Manager.

That lunch date was the start of

I want you to stop thinking about the number of platforms, but what social networks your ideal clients are using.

To figure this out, you need to start doing market research.

→ Reach out to past clients you enjoyed working with

→ Create a poll in your stories

→ Analyze your results.

Anyone can post on Social Media, so why hire a Social Media Manager?

This is one of the first questions I was asked when I started my business.

And I get it, anyone can post on social media, but there is a difference between posting with purpose and posting for fun.

Posting with a purpose is how you turn your followers into repeat clients!

✔️ You watch your metrics to see what content your followers are engaging with and create a social strategy around this information.

Are you a part of any Groups?

Personally, it's the only reason I use Facebook anymore. I love being able to connect with like-minded people.

For small businesses, they are also the perfect way to connect with your dream clients.

For example, if you're a Realtor, try to join neighborhood groups in your town.

Start answering questions and respond to comments authentically.

→ Authentically is the keyword, don't just go in there and sell!

You would be surprised how often this leads to something more.
