Bakewell tart bars 🍒
✨✨✨✨✨

Ingredients
For the Crust
2 and 1/4 cups flour
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup butter, cold and cubed
1 large egg + 1 large egg yolk

For the Filling
1 + 3/4 sticks butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
4 eggs, room temp
1 cup fine ground almond
2 and 1/2 teaspoons almond extract
1 cup seedless raspberry jam

For the Icing
2 and 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon almond extract
maraschino cherries 🍒

A Spooky Caprese Salad 🎃

1 pint grape tomatoes – cut in half
8 ounces Mozzarella pearls or cubes
1 cup fresh basil leaves – torn
¼ cup olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
½ teaspoon Kosher salt
¼ teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper

Apple pie over night oats 🍏 🍎 🥧
The apples taste just like pieeeeee This has to be one of my fav breakfasts to double and meal prep!! Apple picking >>>>
Recipe below 👇🏽

Ingredients:
1 1/2 Tablespoons butter
1 apple, sliced thinnn
1 tsp lemon juice
2 1/2 Tablespoons brown sugar
1 1/2 Tablespoons maple syrup
1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon
⅛ tsp ground nutmeg
⅛ tsp ground cloves
Sprinkle salt
Sauté ingredients and apples until they’re soft! About 5-10 min covered on med/ low.

Oats mixture:
1 cup rolled oats
⅔ cup almond milk
Brown sugar and/ or maple syrup

Chocolate+ apple oat bars🍎 🍏
A quick lil no bake protein bite ✨ I love using homemade cinnamon apple sauce to make these! Cozy fall vibes Ingredients below 👇🏽

Ingredients :
3/4 cup cinnamon apple sauce
1/4 cup nut butter of choice (I used peanut butter)
1 cup quick oatmeal
1/2 cup vegan caramel or vanilla protein powder

1/2-1 cup chocolate chips + 1 tsp coconut oil to melt together for topping.

Pear + honey whipped ricotta puff pastry 🍐🍐🍐🍐
One of my fav easy weekend breakfasts 🥐
Full recipe below 👇🏽

Ingredients:
1 sheet of pre-made puff pastry, thawed according to package instructions
8 oz of dairy free ricotta cheese
3 Tbs of honey
1 Alonna melon sliced
1 lemon juiced
1TBS olive oil
½ tsp salt
Sliced almonds
2 TBS fresh mint chopped

First, preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Next, roll out your puff pastry on a lightly floured surface until it’s about 1/4 inch thick and place on baking sheet lined with parchment.
Roll up the edges of your puff pastry. Set aside and whip the ricotta cheese in a medium-sized mixing bowl until it’s smooth and fluffy. Stir in the honey and remaining ingredients aside from the chopped mint and mix until everything is well combined. Fold in your chopped mint and spread all of the whipped ricotta mixture over the puff pastry. Add your sliced melons on top. Add a layer of almonds and extra honey drizzle before baking. To get a perfect golden crust use an egg wash over the edges before baking. All you need is 1 egg and 1 Tbs water whisked really well.
Bake for 20-30 minutes, let cool slightly and use a pizza cutter to slice into bite size pieces Serve the puff pastries immediately, while they’re still warm and flaky.

Baked pumpkin donuts 🎃 🍩
I had to hahaha full recipe below 👇🏽

Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup pumpkin purée
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup almond milk

Use a donut pan, oiled and floured lightly ✨
Bake at 350 for 15-20 min or until a toothpick comes out clean!
warm!
Top with cinnamon sugar while they’re still warm 🍩

Makes 6 donuts

Ingredients:
A couple Handfuls Spring salad mix or spinach chopped
1 head Romaine lettuce chopped
1 pint Cherry tomatoes halved
8-12 pieces Crispy crunchy bacon 🥓
1/2 cup greek yogurt or dairy free alt
Juice from one lemon
Chives
Parsley
Salt, pepper, garlic and onion to taste 👅
Wonton wrappers-
Bake with olive @ 350 for 8-15 min (for desired crispiness)

Taco stuffed pull apart bread 🌮 🌮 🌮
My kids love making these and they’re sooooo goooood dipped in some salsa + sour cream 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Recipe below 👇🏽

2 cans cut into halves

Filling:
1 lb Ground chicken browned with your favorite taco seasoning
1/2 cup your fav salsa
1 cup cheese of choice

Stuff, roll, add extra cheese and bake til bubbly & golden brown ✨
At 350 (about 30-35 min)

S’mores cookies 🍪 🍪 🍪
Perfect for summer! Whole wheat flour makes these cookies extra tasty 🌾 full recipe below 👇🏽

Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, room temperature
1/2 cup brown sugar (or coconut)
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup whole wheat flour
6 big marshmallows cut into halves
16 oz chocolate chopped
2 full graham crackers cut into small pieces

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Mix the butter and sugar in the bowl of your stand mixer with the paddle attachment on medium speed for 2 minutes. Add in the egg, vanilla, baking soda, and salt, mixing for 1 minute until combined.
Add in the flour, mixing until JUST combined.
Fold in the graham cracker pieces and chopped chocolate until evenly incorporated.
Using a medium (2 Tbs) cookie scoop, flatten the dough & place a marshmallow half in each, making sure to seal it inside.
Place the cookie dough balls onto the baking sheet 2- inches apart and bake for 9 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the tops are just set.
Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 2-3 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Zucchini muffin top ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
11/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups grated zucchini

Maple Frosting:
4 oz cream cheese , softened to room temperature
1 Tablespoon butter, very soft
2 cups powdered sugar
2 Tablespoons maple syrup
