Just came across this POWERFUL article on life transitions and wow... it hit me right in the feels! 💥

You know how we're always talking about transformation on the show? Well, turns out the messy middle part—what experts call "The Neutral Zone"—is where the real magic happens.

We often think transitions are simple: End one thing ➡️ Start som**hing new

But that's not how it works AT ALL! There's this critical in-between space where you feel completely lost and undone. That disorienting limbo? It's not som**hing to rush through—it's NECESSARY for true transformation.

I've been feeling this myself lately. That uncomfortable space between who I was and who I'm becoming. The article reminded me: this feeling of being "unraveled" is actually the substrate for som**hing new to emerge.

So here's my question to all my Transformational Shapers: What transition are you navigating right now? And how are you honoring the messy middle instead of rushing to the next beginning?

Remember, legendary isn't built overnight. Sometimes the most powerful growth happens when you're feeling the most lost. 🔥

Ever feel like you're working ALL day but getting NOTHING done? 🤔

Just spent the morning diving into time management techniques (there are 26 effective ones apparently!) and I'm nerding out hard on this stuff!

The Pomodoro technique has been my go-to lately (25 min work/5 min break), but I'm thinking about trying that "Eat That Frog" m**hod where you tackle your worst task first thing in the morning. Might be painful but imagine having your biggest challenge DONE before 9am! 🐸✅

Which time management approach works best for you? Are you a Pomodoro person, a time blocker, or more of a "wing it and hope for the best" type? 😂

If you're struggling with productivity, remember: transformation starts with tiny shifts in how you manage your day. This is exactly what we talk about on the podcast - those small changes that help you Learn, Grow, and Transform! 💪

Just released my July Rewind newsletter! ⏪ This month was all about reclaiming your identity and refusing to be defined by your past. 🔄

I had the incredible opportunity to interview Mary Beth O'Connor, who shared her powerful journey from m**h addiction to becoming a federal judge. Her words "My past doesn't define me. I define me" truly capture what transformation looks like.

I also highlighted the critical difference between reacting (triggered, impulsive) and responding (aware, measured) - a game-changing distinction for anyone looking to take back control of their life.

This month's challenge: Reclaim just 30 minutes of your day. Turn off distractions. Use that time to read, reflect, or work toward your goals. Track your streak for two weeks and watch what shifts!

What part of your story are you ready to reclaim? Share below or check out the full newsletter and podcast episode at TheSocialChameleon.Show 🦎

I also spoke with Dr. Rebecca Sutherns about navigating big life transitions and personal reinvention - perfect timing as we head into a new season.

Plus, I've included some fantastic book recommendations to fuel your growth journey, including insights from Jim Dethmer on spotting reactivity and Seth Godin's fresh take on strategy.

Been diving into education history lately and WOW - it's basically the original personal development journey! 🤯

Thinking about how figures like Maria Montessori and John Dewey completely transformed how we view learning - they were the OG growth mindset champions before it was cool.

Montessori was all about child-centered learning and independence (sounds like the personal accountability we're always talking about, right?), while Dewey believed education should connect to real life and prepare people to actively participate in society.

It hit me that these educational pioneers were doing the same work we're doing now - helping people LEARN, GROW and TRANSFORM.

Question for my Transformational Shapers: Who was that ONE teacher in your life who fundamentally changed how you saw yourself and your potential? Drop it in the comments - I genuinely want to know! 👇

🔄 Just published my April Rewind on Substack! This month was all about transformation and breakthrough leadership.

I had an incredible conversation with Ted Santos on the latest episode of The Social Chameleon Show. Ted is a professional troublemaker and leadership disruptor who's challenging everything we think we know about success - both at work AND at home.

Also featured some powerful articles I've been thinking about lately, including one on "The Unexpected Power of Owning Your Victimhood" that completely flips the script on how vulnerability can actually lead to transformation.

Plus, I've included several book recommendations that have been fueling my mind lately, including "How to Make a Few Billion Dollars" by Brad Jacobs and "The Next Conversation: Argue Less, Talk More".

What's one leadership challenge you're currently working through? I'd love to hear your thoughts!

🔄 Just dropped my May Rewind on Substack! This month, I've been deep-diving into discipline, mindset mastery, and building momentum—the cornerstones of transformation. 🧠

One big takeaway I shared: Progress isn't about massive overnight change. It's about improving just 1% each week and stacking those wins consistently. That's how legendary lives are built.

I also explored how Stoic principles can ground us in this noisy world. As I say: "Live by Choice. Walk with Discipline. Master Yourself. Become Legendary." These aren't just words—they're a daily practice.

In this rewind, I've packed in my latest podcast episode, negotiation techniques from Chris Voss, and book recommendations for those hungry to level up (including one that explains how we're all being brainwashed without realizing it 👀).

What small 1% improvement are you focusing on this week? Your path to becoming legendary starts with these tiny shifts.
