One thing that jumped out at me was the SCAMPER method (Substitute, Combine, Adapt, Modify, Put to another use, Eliminate, Reverse)... such a simple framework to break through mental barriers!

Y'all know I'm always talking about mindset shifts, but sometimes our bodies need attention too. Did you know just 10 MINUTES in nature can significantly reduce your stress levels? That hit me hard.

Some other game-changers I'm personally implementing this week:
- Deep breathing when I feel overwhelmed (literally changes your heart rate)
- Setting ACTUAL boundaries (saying "no" is self-care, not selfishness)
- Journaling my thoughts instead of letting them bounce around my head all day

The mind-body connection is no joke! When we're chronically stressed, we're literally changing our brain chemistry.
