And as we inch closer to the angelversary of six years since my beautiful Anthony crossed into the light, I feel my chest tighten, my body wanting to shut down, and a need to declutter in many areas of my life.

This morning, as I was awoken at 230 am, I felt drawn to a small, quiet corner of my big walk-in closet. Slowly, I opened my eyes and began working. I honestly just felt the need to declutter suddenly, I wasn’t expecting anything profound—just another task on the list. But Spirit always knows, and by now I should know.

First, some old t-shirts, then the box of photo albums, and the thousands of pictures I've accumulated over the years from my children's childhood.
Tucked away in there were a few old papers, simple things… but they held memories, and I dug through them deeper came his writings from high school, his rap lyrics he wrote. The full innocence of his childhood expressing his inner knowing
As soon as I touched them, the tears came full and fast, "no turning back now", I heard him in my head.

You would have to know him to know this is him, his way of comforting, his way of letting me know that indeed he is right there with me.

Grief has a way of catching you off guard.
It doesn’t wait.
Sometimes it shows up in the middle of an ordinary day, when your heart is unguarded, and your soul is soft. A scent, a note, a memory hidden in a drawer… suddenly it’s as if time folds in on itself and you’re right there in the ache again.

But even in that pain
especially in that pain
I feel his presence.
In the stillness.
In the breath between tears.
In my heart.

He is with me.
Not just watching over me, but walking with me.
Whispering through the memories, holding space for my sorrow, and reminding me that love never dies.

I miss you every single day, Ant.
But I carry you with me in everything I do.
Always. 💔🕊️

About Me:

I am a multi dimensional healer and channel. I work in many dimensions and with many beings and masters. I am certified as a Reiki Master Teacher and Theta Healer. I also do Quantum healing sessions and I am training Energy Transfer Reset Training. These sessions offer such stuff as past life regression and inner child work. As well as clearing old beliefs and conditioned.

We work always with your higher self as well as your spirit team and you are always a active participant in your healing. It is your choice whether or not to participate in the healing. I an the conduit. All healing is self healing

The universe is calling us to to go within and heal our wounds. When our wounds are healed we can truly heal the world as well as open our abilities up to a stronger connection. AS we continue to heal ourselves we can heal others by just being in theior presence.

I have done extensive work with men, women, and children and it always comes back to healing the heart, the pain, the trauma. There is no way around it. Ancestral and generational healing is the key. We cannot change others but we can change who we are.
